My journey in the banking system network and infrastructure world started in 2003 when I earned an Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering from Islamic Azad University, Ashtiyan Branch in 2002. Later I received bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering- Electronics from Islamic Azad University, Lahijan Branch in 2007.

In 2003, I started my career as technical expert while I was studying. Then during the past 20 years, I have held various positions, such as Senior Technical Expert, Network Operations Center Manager, Consultant and Project Manager of Infrastructure Support, Network and Software Support Expert, Technical Support Manager, Project Manager of Communication Lines.

During my career, I received training in the field of information technology, financial management, project management and control, and I participated in the design, installation, commissioning, and support of various projects. Simultaneously with the growth of technology, I learned basic and practical concepts in the management and information technology industry.

As I grew in the industry and finished several successful projects, trained and managed several teams for biggest banking system companied in Iran, I started to think about establishing my own business and implement my several years of managerial experience and technical knowledge.

My first job was in the field of repairing and providing technical support for electronic circuits and computer networks. I gained experience in this area for 8 years before joining Gostaresh Anformatic Iran Company as a Senior Technical Expert. I continued to work in the area of network and infrastructure support during this time.

WORKING AS MANAGER

In late 2011, with the goal of furthering my career, I took on the challenge of designing and establishing the Network Operation Control Unit of Pardakht Novin Arian Company, which was providing services such as:
• Installation, setup and management of sales terminal devices with the ability to accept online and offline Shetab network member cards.
• Installation, commissioning, and management of ATMs
• Installation, commissioning, and management of service kiosk devices
• Installation and operation of new sales terminals abroad with the feature of accepting Shetab network member cards

I worked as the Network Operations Center Manager until 2017 and it was my first experience in management. Despite the many challenges and obstacles, I faced, I managed to form strong relationships with my team. By the time I left, I had taken the then two-person unit and transformed it into an office with a dozen experts. I also left behind a comprehensive monitoring system that monitored all activities of the company’s network 24/7/365, which is still functioning today, performing different types of tasks to varying degrees.

From 2017 to 2020, I served as a Consultant and Project Manager of Infrastructure Support for the Halghehaye Ertebatat Company. I had a good understanding of the company’s operations and was able to develop my expertise in project control, service obligations, and contracts. During my time at the Halghehaye Ertebatat Company, I also had the opportunity to collaborate with the Iran Argham Company, which ultimately led me to joining this company in 2020. Iran Argham Company was providing hardware products, such as ATMs and CRS, and supporting services for these products through a national network of agents. Furthermore, they offer banking software solutions, such as Saba Bank Switch, and have one of the biggest software development and support teams in Iran. During my time with the company, I learned about the services and products they offered, as well as providing non-tangible services to customers for a fee.

In late 2020, I was recruited by Fara Eadeh Data Communication (ADFA) as Technical Support Manager, leveraging my valuable experience. In this role, I was responsible for designing, supporting, servicing, and maintaining levelone data centers to meet the large-scale needs of this project. During these years, I have gained familiarity with many contractors in the implementation of projects with financial management and have completed relevant courses.

Currently, I am working as a Project Manager of Communication Lines for Zafta Company, drawing on past experiences in the fields of technological infrastructure and providing first-level services to the banking network. This company offers communication infrastructure services, data center processing and maintenance services, and services to customers in the country’s banking network. I have the opportunity to gain experience in this environment and work on a large-scale national project.
