Despite the many opportunities available to her in Canada, Ms. Bashirigoodarzi returns to Iran after 12 months to resume her responsibilities as the Project Manager of Communication Lines at Zafta Company. Zafta Company is an affiliated with Tejarat Bank – an Iranian company that provides active and passive infrastructure of data centres in the field of hardware networks. Aside from commencing the business in year 1, Ms. Bashirigoodarzi takes advantage of her stay in Canada to learn and gain all necessary knowledge and skills to further improve the services of the company she was working for in Iran. Finally, her decision to leave Canada after a year is driven by her passion to help the businesses in Iran through her knowledge in the IT industry, and her drive to keep a close relationship with her immediate family in Iran.
As the Executive Director, Ms. Bashirigoodarzi be in charge of organizing all business activities. She be responsible for managing the personnel, the Company’s development plans, and the execution of marketing and sales initiatives. Moreover, Ms. Bashirigoodarzi be accountable for obtaining new customers, facilitating client negotiations, and other official functions as the Company’s representative. She manages effectively and make strategic decisions to carry out policies and specific goals. By imparting pertinent work ethics as well as the technical and practical abilities needed to succeed in the market, Ms. Bashirigoodarzi hopes to enhance the value of the Canadian labor pool. Her educational background and more than 20 years of professional experience are vital for the Company’s effective launch and the development of a strong clientele network in Ontario.
